We are not a bank. We do not take deposits or savings from the public, and we never charge a fee before a loan is granted.

The nominal rate (TNA) ignores compounding. The effective rate (TEA) includes it. The Total Financial Cost (CFT) also adds charges, insurance and taxes, so it is the figure to compare. Enter the terms of any offer, ours or another lender's.

These rights apply to every credit operation with a consumer. We comply with them, and you are entitled to rely on them.
The agreement must state the amount financed, the rates, the CFT, the number and amount of instalments and their dates. Without this, the consumer may seek annulment.
You may repay all or part of the loan early, with future interest reduced accordingly, under the terms stated in the agreement.
Collection must be respectful. No threats, no intimidation, and no disclosure of your debt to your employer, family or neighbours.
For contracts concluded remotely, you may revoke acceptance within 10 days at no cost or liability.
You may access, rectify and request removal of your data. It is used only for assessing and administering your loan.
If a dispute is not resolved with us, you may file a complaint with the consumer protection authority (Defensa del Consumidor).

No. Soluprob S.A. is a corporation providing credit services. It is not a financial entity under the Financial Institutions Law, and it does not take deposits or savings from the public.
No. Nothing is ever payable before a loan is granted. Any charge forms part of the CFT and is stated in the written agreement.
The CFT. It includes interest, charges, insurance and taxes, which is why it is always higher than the TNA. Compare offers by their CFT for the same amount and term.
Yes. Full or partial early cancellation is permitted, and its terms are written into the agreement.
No. Each application is assessed on the ability to repay. A lender that guarantees approval in advance should be treated with suspicion.
